1. 服務內容
1. The Service
財犬 AI（Chai AI，以下稱「本服務」、「我們」）是一項訂閱服務，為台灣本地商家生成 AI 輔助之 Google 顧客評論回覆草稿。你將評論貼入本服務，本服務即產生一則繁體中文或英文的建議回覆，你可複製並貼至你的 Google 商家檔案。本服務亦提供差評/敏感評論待審佇列、LINE 通知，部分方案亦提供評論統計與月報。
Chai AI ("the Service", "we", "us") is a subscription service that generates AI-assisted draft replies to Google customer reviews for local businesses in Taiwan. You paste a review into the Service, and the Service produces a suggested reply in Traditional Chinese or English which you may copy and post to your Google Business Profile. The Service also provides an approval queue for negative or sensitive reviews, LINE notifications, and, on certain plans, review statistics and monthly reports.
本服務不會代表你自動將回覆發布至 Google，除非你明確啟用未來推出的自動回覆功能。我們與 Google LLC 或 LINE Corporation 並無任何關係或獲其認可。
The Service does not post replies to Google on your behalf unless a future auto-reply feature is explicitly enabled by you. We are not affiliated with, or endorsed by, Google LLC or LINE Corporation.
2. 帳號與資格
2. Accounts and Eligibility
建立帳號須提供有效的 email。登入方式為寄送至你信箱的一次性登入連結。你須自行負責維護信箱存取權限，並對帳號下發生之所有活動負責。本服務僅供年滿 18 歲、且經授權代表其註冊商家之使用者做商業用途使用。
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. Sign-in is via a one-time login link sent to your email. You are responsible for maintaining access to your email account and for all activity that occurs under your account. The Service is intended for business use by persons aged 18 or older who are authorized to act on behalf of the business they register.
3. 訂閱、計費與自動續訂
3. Subscriptions, Billing, and Auto-Renewal
本服務提供 NT$299、NT$599、NT$999 三種月訂閱方案，各方案之商家數量與每月 AI 回覆生成次數上限不同。價格以新台幣計價，除結帳時另有註明外，已包含適用稅額。
The Service is offered in monthly subscription plans of NT$299, NT$599, and NT$999 per month, each with different limits on the number of businesses and monthly AI reply generations. Prices are stated in New Taiwan Dollars and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.
付費訂閱將於每月自動續訂，直至取消為止。付款由我們的金流供應商 Recur 處理。你可隨時於設定頁取消訂閱；取消於當期計費週期結束時生效，在此之前你仍可繼續使用服務。當月未使用之回覆生成次數不會遞延至下期。
Paid subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. Payment is processed by our payment provider, Recur (recur.tw). You may cancel at any time from the settings page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then. Unused monthly reply generations do not carry over to the next period.
若我方調整方案價格，將於至少 30 天前以 email 通知；生效日後繼續使用即視為接受新價格。
If we change plan prices, we will notify you by email at least 30 days in advance; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.
4. 免費試用
4. Free Trial
新帳號享有 7 天免費試用，開始試用不需信用卡，試用期滿亦不會產生扣款。若欲於試用期後繼續使用本服務，須選擇付費方案並提供付款資訊。每個商家僅享有一次免費試用；禁止建立多個帳號以取得額外試用。
New accounts receive a 7-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial, and no charge is made when the trial ends. To continue using the Service after the trial, you must select a paid plan and provide payment details. Each business is entitled to one free trial; creating multiple accounts to obtain additional trials is prohibited.
5. 使用規範
5. Acceptable Use
你同意不得利用本服務：(a) 為你並非擁有或代表之商家生成評論回覆；(b) 生成不法、誹謗、騷擾或欺騙性內容，包括假評論或虛構之顧客互動；(c) 規避使用次數限制或轉售本服務之存取權；或 (d) 違反 Google 商家檔案或 LINE 之使用條款。我們可暫停從事上述行為之帳號。
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) generate replies to reviews of businesses you do not own or represent; (b) generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or deceptive, including fake reviews or fabricated customer interactions; (c) circumvent usage limits or resell access to the Service; or (d) violate the terms of Google Business Profile or LINE. We may suspend accounts engaged in such conduct.
6. 免責聲明——本服務僅為輔助工具

本服務僅為輔助工具。所有生成之回覆均為草稿。你應自行負責審閱每則回覆，並於發布前確認其正確性、適當性與合法性——包括是否符合醫療法、醫師法、消費者保護法及其他適用於你所屬行業之法規。我們不提供法律或醫療諮詢，醫療類商家之合規防護僅為輔助措施，非保證。
The Service is an assistive tool only. All generated replies are drafts. You are solely responsible for reviewing each reply and for confirming its accuracy, appropriateness, and legality — including compliance with the Medical Care Act, the Physicians Act, consumer protection law, and any other regulations applicable to your industry — before publishing it. We do not provide legal or medical advice, and the compliance safeguards for healthcare businesses are aids, not guarantees.
AI 生成之內容可能含有錯誤或不當措辭。本服務依「現狀」及「可用性」提供，不提供任何明示或默示之保證，包括特定用途之適用性與不侵權保證。
AI-generated content may contain errors or inappropriate phrasing. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
7. 終止
7. Termination
你可隨時於設定頁刪除帳號。若你重大違反本條款、未繳納訂閱費用，或以造成我方或其他使用者法律風險之方式使用本服務，我們可事先通知並暫停或終止你的帳號。終止後，你的資料將依我們的 《隱私權政策》刪除（於帳號刪除後 30 日內）。已支付之費用依我們的 《退款政策》處理。
You may delete your account at any time from the settings page. We may suspend or terminate your account with notice if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay subscription fees, or use the Service in a way that creates legal risk for us or other users. Upon termination, your data is deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy (within 30 days of account deletion). Fees already paid are handled per our Refund Policy.
8. 責任限制
8. Limitation of Liability
於法律允許之最大範圍內，我們不對因你使用本服務所生之任何間接、附帶、特殊、衍生性或懲罰性損害，或利潤、營收、商譽或資料損失負責——包括發布生成回覆所生之任何後果。我們因本條款或本服務所生任何請求之累計總責任，不超過你於請求原因發生前三 (3) 個月內支付予我們之訂閱費用。本條款不限制因故意不法行為或重大過失所生之責任，或依台灣法律不得限制之任何責任。
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data, arising from your use of the Service — including any consequences of publishing a generated reply. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the subscription fees you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited under the laws of Taiwan.
9. 條款修訂
9. Changes to These Terms
我們可能隨時更新本條款。重大變更將於生效前至少 14 天以 email 或站內通知公告。生效日後繼續使用本服務即視為接受。
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
10. 準據法與管轄
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
本條款受台灣中華民國法律管轄。因本條款或本服務所生或與之相關之任何爭議，除強制性消費者保護法另有規定外，應提交台灣台北地方法院為第一審管轄法院。
These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan, R.O.C. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be submitted to the Taiwan Taipei District Court as the court of first instance, unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.
